Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Ads Toolbox, a service of Creative Web Advertising (UK) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06346288), registered office: SVS House, Oliver Grove, London SE25 6EJ, United Kingdom (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

1. What Ads Toolbox is

Ads Toolbox connects to your Google Ads account, shows you what is happening in plain language, suggests improvements, and — only when you explicitly approve a change in the app — carries that change out for you. Every change we make is recorded in your account history in the app and in Google Ads itself, and where offered, can be undone from the app within the stated window.

2. Your account and your Google account

You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials safe. Connecting a Google Ads account requires that you are authorised to manage it. You can disconnect Ads Toolbox from your Google account at any time, in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. What we do and don’t promise

We promise to operate the service with reasonable skill and care, to change nothing in your Google Ads account without your explicit approval of that specific change, and to show you honestly what happened afterwards. We do not promise advertising results: your costs, clicks and enquiries depend on Google’s systems, your market and your budget, and figures shown in the app (including estimated savings) are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Ads Toolbox is a tool, not a marketing agency engagement, unless you have a separate written agreement with us.

4. Fees

Prices and any trial terms are shown at purchase and billed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Google charges for your advertising separately, on your own Google Ads billing — those costs are yours and are not collected by us.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, breach Google’s advertising policies, probe or disrupt our systems, or resell access without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Data

How we handle personal data and your Google Ads data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Anonymised, aggregated usage and performance data from across accounts is used to improve the service for all customers. This is on by default; you can switch it off at any time under “Learning contribution” in your account, and the details are in the Privacy Policy under “Anonymised learning”.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. You remain responsible for your advertising budgets and for the approvals you give in the app.

8. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms, or discontinue it with at least 30 days’ notice, refunding any prepaid period we do not deliver. On closure we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will notify you in the app or by e-mail at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
